Meet Rick Reese

Rick Reese is a retired U.S. Air Force officer, author, leadership strategist, and founder of the Calling-Based Leadership Institute® (CBLI). With more than four decades of experience spanning aerospace, defense, technology, business, government, and marketplace ministry, he has led complex organizations, developed transformational initiatives, and equipped leaders to create meaningful impact.

Drawing from a lifetime of leadership, preparation, and service, Rick developed the Calling-Based Leadership® framework to help individuals and organizations recognize their calling, align their leadership, and fulfill the assignments they are uniquely prepared to carry.
